Role Summary

The FD Delta is the core builder within the Palantir Center of Excellence. This role translates use case requirements into production-grade Palantir solutions on Foundry and AIP while maintaining engineering rigor and speed.

Travel expectation: 1030%.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Palantir Foundry and AIP solutions from prototype through production.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Foundry Pipeline Builder.
• Model domain logic in the Ontology.
• Build applications using Workshop OSDK and Quiver.
• Develop AI agents using AIP Agent Studio.
• Maintain CoE engineering standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with FD Partner on requirements.
• Coordinate with FD Echo for deployment readiness.

Required Skills

• Python TypeScript/JavaScript and SQL.
• Palantir Foundry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AIP agent workflows.
• Experience with APIs and cloud pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering best practices.

Experience

• 210 years building data-driven systems.
• Ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.

Success Metrics

• Delivery velocity.

• Technical debt levels.
• Contributions to reusable components.

Role Summary

FD Echo ensures production solutions continue to deliver value. This role owns sustainability adoption and lifecycle management for deployed capabilities.

Travel expectation: 1030%.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production solutions after deployment.
• Maintain lifecycle management plans.
• Monitor system health using Foundry observability tools.
• Drive user adoption and feedback loops.
• Create documentation and training materials.
• Support recurring value realization cycles.
• Identify scalability improvements.
• Support deployment and release management.

Required Skills

• Foundry monitoring and observability tools.
• Lifecycle management and release practices.
• AIP observability and evaluation tools.
• Strong documentation and enablement skills.
• Ability to drive change management.

Experience

• 210 years in engineering platform operations or technical product roles.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.
