Job Summary

  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury resorts 5-star hotels or high-end fine dining establishments.
  • Strong expertise in French Italian and contemporary pastry techniques.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in menu development.
  • Excellent leadership communication and team-building skills.
  • High standards of quality presentation and guest experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume luxury environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications :

  • Advanced pastry and dessert techniques (plated desserts chocolate work sugar artistry breads viennoiserie).
  • Menu design seasonal concept development and food cost management.
  • Team leadership training and performance management.
  • Knowledge of hygiene safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to plan forecast and manage inventory and production efficiently.
  • Awareness of global pastry trends and luxury culinary experiences.
