ABOUT YOUWe are looking for aTechnical Leadwho is strategic hands-on and deeply committed to engineering excellence to join our engineering team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced highly collaborative and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to lead technical initiatives shape architectural decisions and mentor engineers while building scalable systems that power products used by game developers worldwide.
Strong leadership and technical expertise in backend engineering are essential along with extensive experience in Go distributed systems and production-grade infrastructure. The ability to balance technical vision with business prioritiesdriving modernization efforts while maintaining delivery momentumwill be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate and lead discussionson technical solutions and architecture.
- Influence technical decision-makingand set standards for sound engineering practices.
- Lead refactoring and modernization effortswhile maintaining delivery timelines.
- Identify and prioritize technical debtto ensure long-term codebase health.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadsto balance business goals with technical integrity.
- Build and deliver end-to-end software solutionsin a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of production issuesand define efficient triage and resolution processes.
- Implement robust test coverageand uphold strong code review standards.
- Enhance developer experienceby improving tools processes and workflows.
- Act as ahands-on technical leaderwho guides mentors and inspires the engineering team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8 yearsof experience in software development.
- 2 yearsof experience working withGo.
- 2 yearsof experience as aTechnical Lead.
- Strong experience withPostgreSQLand/orMySQL.
- Proficiency withGitDockerKubernetes andHelm.
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQand/orKafka).
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (Reactand/or).
- Basic knowledge ofcloud computing(Google Cloud Platformpreferred).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience buildingscalable secure Login-as-a-Service platforms.
- Deep understanding ofOAuth2OIDCSAMLJWT andsession/token management.
- Strong knowledge ofsocial loginSSO andfederated identity.
- Experience designingmulti-tenant identity systemswith isolation and configurability.
- Experience deliveringdeveloper-friendly APIs SDKs and integration documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills- both technical and non-technical.
