What You Will Do and Learn
We areseekingan experienced and dynamicOracle Fusion SCM Solution Architectto join our team. This role is essential to driving successful supply chain transformation initiatives for our clients. You will lead SCM-focused presales engagements design endtoend Oracle Fusion SCM solutions and guide project delivery to ensure impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and will excel at bridging technical capabilities with business needs.
Responsibilities
Sales and Pre-Sales Support:
- Serveas a trusted SCM advisor to prospective clients engaging with supply chain leaders and key business stakeholders to understand their challenges across procurement inventory order management manufacturing planning andlogistics.
- Lead SCM discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion SCM capabilities.
- Develop and deliver compelling clientspecific Oracle Fusion SCM demos that highlight value leading practices and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team toqualifySCM opportunities support SCMrelated RFPs/RFQs and shape winning solution strategies.
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Leaddesign workshops to define endtoend solution architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable cohesive Oracle Fusion SCM designs and develop detailed design documentation for delivery teams.
- Provideexpert guidance on Oracle Fusion SCM leading practices including module configuration (e.g. Procurement Inventory Order Management Manufacturing Supply Chain Planning Logistics).
- Oversee SCM solution architecture across integrations data flows master data models and reporting solutions using OTBI BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics.
- Ensure strong alignment between business process needs and system capabilities within SCM.
Project Delivery and Management:
- Serveas the lead SCM architect throughout the implementation lifecyclefrom design and build to testing golive and postproduction support.
- Manage SCM solution scope deliverables and project timelines to ensure ontime highquality delivery.
- Mentor functional and technical SCM consultants ensuring design consistency across teams.
- Partner with client supply chain teams to manage change support adoption and ensure long-term SCM transformation success.
- Act as the escalation point for complex SCM issues collaborating with Oracle Support as needed.
Qualifications
- 7years of experience in supply chain ERP/SCM technology or consulting roles including at least4 years as a Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Deep functional and technicalexpertiseacross Oracle Fusion SCM modules and supply chain integration touchpoints.
- Proven experience leading fullcycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong ability to articulate complex SCM and technical concepts to both business and IT audiences.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes including sourcing procurement planning manufacturinglogistics inventory management and order-to-cash.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud REST/SOAP APIs and other Oracle ecosystem integration tools.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management MIS Computer Science Business Engineering or related field.
