We have a newopportunity for an experienced workers compensation lawyer to joinour growing Insurance practice based in our Perthoffice.

Our InsuranceWA team has approximately 90 people located across Adelaide Perthand Darwin. The Insurance WA team is a defendant insurancelegal team working across Statutory Insurance matters includingworkers compensation recoveries and compulsory third party. Thisis a fantastic hands-on Insurance role with significant learningdevelopment and progression opportunities and the opportunity towork with interesting clients including some of Australias topinsurers.

Skills andexperience

We are keen to hear from candidates with the followingskills and experience:

• at least 5 years of post-admission experience within Workers Compensation;
• ideally you will have experience on the defendant side however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice;
• a genuine interest in building a career in workers compensation law and contributing to the success of our practice;
• clear concise legal writing skills; and
• strong attention to detail.
