Administrative Assistant - ACCS
Riverside is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Adult Community Clinical Services program in Milford!
The Administrative Assistantis responsible for managing the flow of information communication and data between program managers divisionadministrative officeRiversides administrativeoffice and the Department of Mental Health. The Admin Assistant maintains and organizes necessary databases and files andalso performs general receptionist and clerical duties to enhance the efficient operation of theprogramoffice. The Admin Assistant will be responsible forgreeting and directing visitorsatthe office in a professional and welcoming manner.
The ideal candidate is a friendly respectful well-organized reliable individual with good computer problem-solving and communication skills who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working independently.
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours
Pay Rate: $20.85/hourly

- Excellent office skills including proficiency with word processing and data entry required.
- Proficient in Excel and general computer skills.
Required Experience
- Associates degree required.
- At least two years administrative experience required.
