Job Summary

Sales Specialist

IQVIA is currently seeking a highly motivated results focused sales specialist. You will be expected to deliver sales results by engaging with physicians while demonstrating our corporate values of Client Focused Results Driven Teamwork Flawless Execution Integrity.

This exciting opportunity is the promotion of one of the top selling pharmaceutical products in the world. The primary objective of the specialty representative is to meet established sales goals by delivering real value to our customers through differentiatedproducts and services. The specialtyrepresentative will be supported in this initiative with tools and promotional resources designed to have local impact. The successful representative will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while operating within an assigned budget. They will also need to be a highly engaged positive team player and show a high degree of customer focus. The customer base generally for this role would be inclusive of Endocrinologists.

Required Experience

  • 4-year bachelors degree from an accredited University required
  • Ability to travel overnight as required
  • Residence within the current geography is required

Preferred Experience

  • 1 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical biotech device or healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • 1-3 years of strong results-oriented business to business sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales experience is preferred
  • Strong scientific/clinical expertise
  • Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment
  • Documented sales results depicting significant success including examples of national awards for performance company awards or participation in management development program are preferred
  • Strong verbal interpersonal and listening skills

The potential base pay range for this role is 90-130000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
