Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role involves caring for adult patients requiring intermediate-level nursing support following medical procedures surgical interventions or diagnostic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring and advanced cardiac care
- Deliver chest pain management with timely testing and follow-up
- Support post-procedural care for moderate to lower acuity patients
- Implement patient-centered goal-directed care plans focused on rapid recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including procedural and care management departments
- Maintain high standards of patient safety quality care and patient satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to provide age-specific and culturally competent patient care
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Adaptability and ability to work in a diverse healthcare environment
Education
- Required: Diploma in Nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certifications & Licensure
- Active RN License (State or Compact)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- ACLS Certification (American Heart Association)
