Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist Pelvic Floor (Outpatient)

Shift & Hours:
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
- Expected to work up to 40 hours/week
- Overtime requires prior director approval
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide specialized care in an outpatient pelvic floor rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will treat patients with pelvic health conditions focusing on improving function mobility and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage a caseload of 1214 patients per day
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as needed
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Key Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- PTA candidates will not be considered
- New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome
- Strong communication and patient care skills
