The CMC Technician Level C supports highperformance selfdirected manufacturing teams producing advanced ceramic matrix composite components. This role executes standardized work across multiple fabrication and machining processes follows rigorous EHS and quality requirements maintains accurate records and actively contributes to continuous improvement to deliver safe highquality parts that meet customer needs.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities
- Complete required training curriculum for reach fabrication process
- Complete all required compliance training
- Complete all EHS training and participate in safety and or quality audit
- Be an active contributing member of a high performance self-directed work team
- Be able to use /apply Ply Cutting Lay up Autoclave Burnout Melt Infiltration Grit BlastMachining Non-Conventional Machining- EDM Inspection
Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Flexibility to work off shifts and travel for training as required
- Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity as required

Shift Schedule
- 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 6:45 am - 3:00 pm EST
- 3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10:45 pm-7:00 am EST
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident U.S. Citizen have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e. a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
