About the Role
A leading U.S.-based law firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle business and commercial litigation matters
Draft pleadings motions and legal documents
Develop and execute case strategies
Manage cases independently and as part of a legal team
Support trial preparation and client representation
Work on disputes related to:

- Supply chain litigation
- Commercial disputes
- International trade and tariffs
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in business/commercial litigation
Strong experience in:

- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Case strategy development
- Managing litigation matters
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
