The Role
Were looking for an Associate Lawyer whos ready to take on meaningful cases collaborate with experienced professionals and thrive in a team that values expertise ethics and continuous development.
You will join our Legal Services Division where you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firms strategic objectives.
What Youll Be Doing
- Providing legal advice on employment and social security matters
- Handling complex employment disputes
- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and internal corporate policies
- Representing clients before courts and administrative authorities
- Advising corporate clients on HR compliance and employment law matters
- Monitoring developments in employment legislation and preparing legal opinions and advisory memoranda
Requirements
To thrive in this role you should bring:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) an LL.M. is a strong plus
- Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a practicing attorney preferably within a structured legal environment or law firm
- Experience in employment disputes and advisory services to corporate clients
- Strong knowledge of Greek employment legislation and legal practice
- Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
