Job Summary

  • Own the B2C and B2B email calendar strategy planning and execution across campaigns product launches and the trading calendar
  • Build deploy and optimise campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo including segmentation and list health
  • Drive continuous improvement across open rates click-through conversion and revenue attribution
  • Own the monthly B2B retailer newsletter (Trail Tales)
  • Manage the product seeding program coordinating requests fulfillment and follow-through with creators and brand advocates
  • Oversee day-to-day influencer partnerships tracking deliverables and maintaining relationships
  • Monitor consumer sentiment across key channels and surface insights to inform content and marketing decisions
  • Bring a point of view on building a more structured community program advocacy UGC and consumer engagement

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related discipline.
  • 24 years of experience in email marketing digital marketing or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform required.
  • Experience with influencer or community programs a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing sales and e-commerce teams in a lean environment.
  • Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear preferred.
