Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant must have the determination and ability to deliver great results in healthcare sales support be a team player and maintain their passion to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant you will:

• Take ownership of enquiries received into the hospital from various stakeholder groups including patients consultants GPs and medical secretaries

• Respond to a wide variety of customer requests primarily via the telephone but also from web enquiries email and on occasion face to face.

• Be responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads via a CRM system and following each lead to close focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.

• Update the website within a timely manner to ensure all website data is up to date and correct.

• Produce exciting and appropriate GP Educational and Public events to promote our services

• To build positive relationships around the Hospital in particular our Consultants being visible to them at all times.

• Build a strong rapport with our sponsors local GP surgeries and Marketing partners.

To be considered for this role

You will be experienced in Sales and Marketing working in a similar role previously. Ideally you be experienced using Social Media platforms including Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn; and engage the public with new and exciting ideas to help promote Nuffield Health. A confident energetic personality who works well in a team but also feels comfortable building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital is located in the beautiful area of Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. It has excellent transport links nearby being very close to the M5 and A417. The hospital has 33 ensuite private bedrooms 3 theatres and a small ambulatory unit. It also hosts a purpose built close observation unit 12 consulting rooms with access to treatment rooms diagnostic services including; plain x-ray MRI CT mammography and ultrasound. We provide a full range of medical and surgical specialities delivered in state-of-the-art clinical facilities including orthopaedics cosmetic surgery spinal services sports injury ENT gynaecology urology as well as a rapid access breast clinic.
