Hunter Savage is supporting the growth of a Tier 1 corporate practice with the appointment of a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer (7 PQE) in London. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join a high-performing Financial Services M&A team advising on complex high-value transactions. The role offers a central position in transaction delivery direct client engagement and a clear pathway to senior progression within a dynamic and expanding practice.
Practice Focus
The Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer will work within a market-leading team advising on a broad range of financial services transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A disposals joint ventures and restructurings. The team is recognised for its strength in upper mid-market deals and advises leading UK and international financial institutions fintechs and private capital clients. You will lead key workstreams collaborate across specialist teams and contribute to strategic high-profile mandates across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- 7 years PQE with strong corporate M&A experience
- Experience advising financial institutions or on financial services transactions preferred
- Strong commercial judgement and client-focused approach
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage complex transactions
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
