Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description:

IAS is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst who brings both hands-on experience and a collaborative spirit to our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

In this role you will play a key part in managing accounts payable (AP) processes including both Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and vendor invoices. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both manual and system-based processes and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams and management levels. You will also ensure the timely and accurate processing of credit card expenses and regular T&E reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contributor for both T&E and vendor bills within AP

• Process bills promptly and enter them into our accounting systems (Sage Intacct middleware ERP NetSuite)

• Standardize and organize bill management using electronic processes

• Obtain and manage invoice approvals through a manual email-based process

• Reconcile the AP ledger regularly by comparing processed entries with corresponding reports (invoices and T&E)

• Conduct regular AP aging analysis in partnership with the Accounting department

• Prepare payment runs organize vendor and invoice payments and report to accounting management

• Analyze vendor payment terms and collaborate with management to review and update agreements

• Review and process T&E reports submitted via Concur ensuring timely T&E payments

• Support month-end accruals for both T&E and vendor invoices

What were looking for:

• Associates or Bachelors degree required.

• 2-4 years of experience processing AP bills setting up vendors and managing vendor payments.

• Familiarity with AP systems and T&E systems (Concur experience is a plus).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced preferred).

• Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent attention to detail.
