We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data Steward to play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of data in our CRM and pitch and proposal systems.
This is an important position within the law firm supporting effective client relationship management business development activity and marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring our CRM system remains accurate up to date and well governed while also working with content owners to help maintain the quality of information held in our systems.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and maintaining data standards in line with data quality guidelines
- Managing and enforcing data governance processes
- Running regular data quality routines and association clean-up processes
- Supporting the Communications and Business Development teams with searches and list compilation for events mailings and BD
- Maintaining and improving alumni data including offboarding processes and ongoing record updates
- Assisting with tracking and updating business development activity entries
- Working with content owners to ensure information is accurate and current
- Producing and circulating BD activity reports as required
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Experience using CRM systems or email marketing systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders in a busy professional environment
- Advanced capability in MS Office and document templates desirable
