Job Summary
Position Summary:
The Guestroom Attendant (Non-Union) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms bathrooms and assigned areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness safety and guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail efficiency and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards
- Make beds change linens and replace towels and amenities
- Clean bathrooms including sinks toilets showers mirrors and floors
- Dust and wipe down furniture fixtures and surfaces
- Vacuum carpets mop floors and empty trash receptacles
- Restock guestroom supplies and report any missing items
- Report maintenance issues damages or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow safety sanitation and company procedures at all times
- Maintain productivity and quality standards for room completion
- Provide excellent guest service when interacting with guests
- Complete daily housekeeping reports and assignments
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily quotas
- Ability to stand walk bend lift and push carts for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work weekends holidays and flexible schedules
Work Environment:
- Non-union position
- Hotel or hospitality environment
- Physically active role with frequent walking bending and lifting
- May work independently or as part of a housekeeping team
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time
- Day shifts typically between 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Weekends and holidays may be required
