Management of several cell suppliers in China
Cell part approval
Cell manufacturing supervision
Cell specification discussion and alignment with Bosch System Engineering and Supplier
Coordination with plant supplier and development
Close alignment with Bosch purchasing
Cell contact person to customers
Responsible for time spec costs of the cell
Qualifications :

MSc or PhD in engineering chemistry physics or related field
3 years experience in Li-Ion cell development
Overview of technical expertise of Chinese cell suppliers
Experience in automotive development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer and solution orientation
Excellent cross-cultural skills (Germany USA Japan China)
Strong-willed
International travelling
Good English skill in both written and Oral
Good spirit and ability in team work
