Responsibilities:
- Execute tests for gasoline diesel fuel cell and electrified powertrain components
- Troubleshoot test equipment including mechanical electrical and digital systems
- Perform engine and vehicle repair and modification work
- Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Create and modify wire harnesses
- Implement process improvements and drive continuous optimization
Technology Domains
- Gasoline diesel and hydrogen engines with electrified powertrains and fuel cell components
- Engine dynamometer testing and advanced engine development
- Engine emissions and fuel systems (gasoline diesel and hydrogen injection)
- Electrified Motion products (eMotors inverters converters)

**Required**
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Technical or vocational training in automotive engineering or a minimum of four years of professional experience in automotive research and development
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating engine dynamometer systems
- Advanced technical communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in standard computer applications including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Commitment to continuous process improvement and professional development
**Preferred**
- Software coding experience
- Advanced proficiency in artificial intelligence applications
- Experience with computer automation systems and processes
- Advanced Excel competency including pivot tables VLOOKUP functions and data analysis techniques
