The School-Based Programs provide comprehensive oral health care to Boston and other cities and towns in Massachusetts. The Head Start Dental Program and Outreach Coordinator will work with all other School-Based Programs team members to ensure successful operations of the Head Start dental program. The coordinator will be responsible for administrative aspects of the Head Start dental program and will be the liaison between the program and Head Start partners. The Coordinator will serve as the liaison for community partners and BUGSDM for coordinating community outreach events. Develop a schedule for providing dental services at all participating Head Start sites and be flexible in modifying schedule throughout the school year be the primary contact for sites personnel and school-based dental team for handling any changes. Maintain the patient database used to track parental consent and clinical operations for the program and manage electronic copies of all records. Coordinate outreach events with community partners.
Bachelors degree with 1 to 3 years of working experience.
