Hours of Work: 37 hours per week working Monday Thursday 08.00-16.00 and Friday 08.00-15.30

Location Mobile Working with travel across the East Midlands Leicester Derby Nottingham and surrounding areas - (Based at Memorial House Coalville Leicestershire).
Salary - 32963 per annum

The Role

As a Roofer within our Internal Maintenance Service Team you will be responsible for providing a full range of roofing functions to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. You will carry out roofing works as part of a small team on the Responsive maintenance programme in both occupied and unoccupied priorities. There is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient customer focused service.

The ideal candidate

You will hold a City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ qualification relevant to the roofing trade and have broad experience of carrying out Responsive maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties.

You will demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers.

The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers homes situated across the East Midlands.
