What you will do:

• Rotate through three 12month assignments across key manufacturing functions such as Process Engineering Continuous Improvement Quality Maintenance/Reliability EHSS and Production Planning
• Build strong technical functional and business capabilities through handson learning strategic project work and structured training
• Participate in a global cohort and collaborate with peers across North America South America APAC and EMEA
• Expand your professional network by working crossfunctionally and engaging with leaders across the organization
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives that improve safety quality efficiency and reliability
• Engage in a structured learning curriculum focused on technical foundations personal development and leadership growth.

What you will bring:

• A bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Chemistry or a related technical field
• Up to 3 years of experience in operations manufacturing or related environments (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills including the ability to present technical information and write concise reports
• Proficiency in English with basic German knowledge considered an advantage
• A willingness to learn adapt and take on new challenges in a fastpaced global environment
