What success looks like in this role:
- Atención remota ( telefono Chat correo) de usuarios Internacionales.
- Solución de requerimiento de primer nivel en temas propios de Software y Hardware.
- reportar cada caso en idioma Ingles en la base de control
- Escalar casos especiales a N2
- Modalidad Presencial en Bogota / Zona Norte
- Contrato Indefinido
- Horarios rotativos / 42 horas a la semana
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Se debe evieenciar titulo Tecnico o Tecnologico en carreras de las TICs
Certificado COPNIA o pago del mismo
Ingles (Lecto escritura ) A2 - B1
Experiencia minima de 2 años en soporte técnico remoto o presencial
