Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a friendly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our Vision Services Team as an Eyewear Specialist at our Viroqua Clinic. This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical settings or customer service who is passionate about helping others and providing an exceptional patient experience.
As an Eyewear Specialist you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting optical sales and patient satisfaction. No prior optical experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success.
What is Available:
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Viroqua
- Opportunity to travel to other Emplify Health optical locations including:
La Crosse Onalaska Tomah Waukon Decorah Prairie du Chien Black River Falls Whitehall Winona Wabasha Sparta Hillsboro and Friendship
What Youll Do
- Provide a high-quality optical experience for patients and guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Assist with optical product selection and sales
- Collaborate with a supportive patient-centered care team

What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service or medical experience
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification within 18 months of hire
