Job Summary

Technical Product Manager Senior Specialist:

Leadcollaborationwith stakeholderstechnologyand cross-functional teams to create product vision strategy and road maps that drive significant changes to the operations functions and client experience.

Analyzeand evaluateend to endprocesses and data integration instrategicproducts.

Define data strategyimprove data management and enhance data quality for all internal and external data sources.

Leads the planning prioritization and implementation of new digital products or enhancements to existing products.

Research andanalyzesmarkets for product features and requirements.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes collaborating with engineering teams to ensuretimelyand resource-efficient delivery.

Ensureeffectivecommunication with stakeholders andmessagingforvision requirementsimplementation plan and training across product users and management team.

Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issuesin a timely mannerand supports/drives escalations whereto enable rapid delivery.

Evaluate post release impact and align to defined business OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and KPI (Key performance indicators).

Partners with digital product teams and peers to share best practices and learnings.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Minimum ofeightyearsofInvestment Management orFund Accounting and Servicesexperience. Threeyearsof leadingproduct management orlarge cross-functionaltransformationprojects.

Excellent strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system architecture APIs data flows and integration patterns.Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.

Understanding ofemerging technology and applications of AI Gen AI Machine Learning Intelligent Automation and Cloud.

Business and operations experience with Investment Management firms or large Fund Services Organization/Banks with focus on Fund Administration and oversight middle and Back-office operations and/or regulatory & compliance management.

Demonstrated ability to learn quicklyoperateindependently and thrive in ambiguous environments without extensive guidance.

Strategic Mindset with proven experience making product decisions that drive long-term value.

Strongexpertisein digital product management market analysis and user experience optimization.

Proven ability to translate customer insights into product improvements and new features.

Experience working with engineering teams to drive product development from concept to launch.

Strong communicationand stakeholder management abilities to align product strategy with business goals.

Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders including senior leaders and stakeholders as well as technical teams.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
