Store Manager at SPAR Killarney (Muckross Rd)
Salary: 40000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our newly revamped SPAR Killarney located on Muckross Rd. As the Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance.
The Role:
Manage and lead a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional service to customers
Ensure the store is well-stocked organised and visually appealing
Monitor and analyze sales performance implementing strategies to achieve targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance
Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Oversee inventory management including ordering and stock control
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in retail management strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should be organized detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
