Job Summary

At Amazon Advertising we create and deliver advertising solutions across Amazons rapidly developing range of products and services. We believe that Agencies are a key strategic partner and build backwards from their needs and in order to accelerate the next phase of Amazon Advertisings development we are committed to transforming the depth scale and ambition of our partnerships with major media agencies and have created a dedicated team across the world to deliver this vision at a local and regional
level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales and business development leader to join the team to drive Amazon Advertisings strategic agency partnerships. Displaying a consultative style candidates must be excellent communicators experienced at operating with senior counterparts with agencies and advertisers and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon addition candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for
customers.

The candidate will possess a strong hands-on knowledge of video advertising and screens planning; retail media; programmatic including data and ad technology. Candidates will be self-motivated happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Amazon Advertisings ambitious growth plans

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for media agencies at local and regional level and serve as face of Amazon within the agency providing leadership and support to sales service operations and technical specialists.
Build and manage a detailed agency and client team engagement strategy including business reviews
Partner with the sales team to drive sales execution including providing end-to-end management for key strategic opportunities
Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded and programmatic products
Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events
Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions including pro-active engagement with creative agencies
Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Amazons products


- Experience in media sales

- Experience in Digital advertising and expertise in related ad specifications file formats and technologies
