The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is growing and expanding our department. We are looking for our nextMaintenance Associatelocated at the Ed Napleton Group Office in Oakbrook Terrace. TheMaintenance Associateis responsible for providing broad based basic janitorial and maintenance services to the Real Estate Department for the commercial retail and office locations in its portfolio in the Chicago Western Suburbs. Job Responsibilities:
A variety of basic maintenance duties including cleaning changing light bulbs painting lawn care snow removal and other duties as assigned.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function as part of a team and follow through on projects is necessary.
Work in a safe manner provide superior customer service and positively contribute to overall tenant satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years painting or landscaping experience a plus but not required
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to manage heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs.) as required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work safely
- Ability to be flexible with work hours and assignments.
- Some weekend work will be required.
- High School Diploma Trade Certification or equivalent.
- Valid IL Drivers License required.
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
Physical Demands:
Constant lifting bending reaching standing walking. Frequent carrying kneeling pushing pulling.
