Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering effective rehabilitation treatments and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Schedule & Hours:
- 5 days per week
- 32 hours guaranteed per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients on exercises and recovery techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment
Required Qualifications:
- Active Florida PTA License (Required at time of submission)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Required Experience:
Junior IC
