Were seeking a senior-level Digital Product Designer (Visual Focus) to create high-quality scalable interfaces for modern web applications. This is a design-first role for someone with strong visual instincts a systems mindset and a focus on polished execution across UI design systems and production-ready outputs.

The Role
Were seeking a senior-level Digital Product Designer (Visual Focus) to create high-quality scalable interfaces for modern web applications. This is a design-first role for someone with strong visual instincts a systems mindset and a focus on polished execution across UI design systems and production-ready outputs.

What Youll Do
- Design high-quality interfaces across web applications from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes onhigh-impact cross-industry projects
- Translate business needs into intuitive visually strong user experiences
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma including components variables and design tokens
- Use AI tools to explore concepts generate variations and accelerate design workflows
- Produce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementation
- Lead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audience
- 35 years of experience in UI product or visual design
- Strong Figma skills including components and design systems
- Proven visual design ability across wireframes mockups and prototypes
- Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept exploration
- Strong communication skills including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearly
- Understanding of design systems design tokens and front-end collaboration
- Preferred skills include exposure to design tokenization component handoff to development and AI-related certifications in design or UX
