Position Description:

We are looking for a Client Services Director to join our Water Team to lead and expand our DFW metroplex market. The candidate must be a licensed PE with a bachelors degree in engineering with fifteen years of related experience. The candidate should have experience working with various projects that may include water/wastewater treatment plants wastewater collection and conveyance systems water distribution and transmission systems storm water hydrologic and hydraulic models and/or other water resource projects. The candidate must also be self-motivated work well with others and have excellent writing organizational and communication skills.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Manage business development/sales activities and maintain excellent client relations
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client service role
  • Experience preparing a summary of qualifications presentations and proposals
  • Prepare proposals and presentations
  • Past experience preparing design reports and construction plans using local and state standards
  • Review plans and specifications
  • Assist with the development and/or review of the project scope budget and schedule for new project tasks
  • Mentor senior-level mid-level and junior-level staff
  • Review project status and other reports
  • Attend client public project and staff meetings including client progress plan review pre-construction etc.
  • Provide project oversight of technical planning design and construction management services on various projects
  • Collaborate with the Water Market Segment to develop implement and achieve annual revenue objectives
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Be active in professional societies in which clients or potential clients are members
  • Professional Engineering License

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineeringor related degree
