You will join an inclusive and challenging environment within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization. Your role is central to the Digital for Change Process and Airbus Offer (DPCP) where we deliver best-in-class IT tools to secure change management and boost future performance for over 10000 daily users across Airbus programs.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional IT requirements acting as a visionary for future IT Products and Services.
Support development teams
Collaborate with IT Product Managers to ensure developed solutions align with evolving customer needs and long-term business goals.
Perform technical and functional design of application and infrastructure components for new solutions.
Manage the application lifecycle including research design testing and implementation within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
Serve as a liaison between Business Product Management and technical resources to ensure the integrity of delivered solutions.
Ensure Built-In Quality by implementing quality requirements and engineering practices according to Digital standards.
Produce documentation regarding current challenges future requirements and benefits tailored to the customer audience.
Desired skills and qualifications
Educational background in Information Technology Business Informatics Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a PLM or complex IT environment.
Practical experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Configuration Management or Change Processes within the aviation industry is highly appreciated.
Technical affinity with an understanding of relational databases Java Service Oriented Architecture or Angular.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for audiences ranging from senior management to developers.
English at negotiation level is mandatory.
