The Role
Lead a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors including owner-managed businesses corporate groups and not-for-profit organisations.
Take responsibility for technical quality and file review supporting managers and seniors with complex areas of judgement.
Contribute to business development and the growth of the audit portfolio with support from Partners.
Play an active part in the recruitment development and retention of the audit team.
Work closely with Partners on succession planning and the longer-term development of the service line.
About You
Qualified with significant post-qualification experience in practice audit.
Experienced at Director or Senior Manager level with a genuine audit portfolio and team leadership track record.
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS with the ability to advise clients and support your team.
A calm credible senior presence with the interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and develop your people.
