This is one of the strongest corporate tax practices in the region and the Director role they are now recruiting is a significant one. The client base demands real advisory capability and they are looking for a Director who can lead on complex work develop the team below them and be a genuine presence in the market. Partnership is on the table and the firm has a history of promoting from within.
The Role
Lead a portfolio of corporate tax clients covering complex advisory mandates alongside oversight of compliance.
Advise on group structures transactions reorganisations and M&A tax working alongside corporate finance and audit teams.
Take technical ownership of complex matters across the portfolio mentoring managers and seniors.
Contribute to business development including pitches and the development of existing client relationships.
Work closely with Partners on the direction and growth of the corporate tax service line.
About You
Qualified with a tax-specific qualification. A strong corporate tax background at Director or Senior Manager level in practice.
Technically excellent across corporate tax advisory with transactional experience highly valued.
Commercially astute with the confidence to lead client relationships at a senior level.
A credible senior presence who can develop the team as well as the portfolio.
