This is a hands-on Senior position at a well-regarded practice with real client contact proper supervision and a development structure that takes the step to Manager seriously. The firm has a varied client base and a team culture that means you will be known supported and given real responsibility rather than left to process work in the background.
The Role
Lead audit fieldwork on a range of client assignments planning and executing engagements to a high standard.
Supervise and support junior members of the team on site and in the office.
Draft financial statements and audit reports for manager and Partner review.
Maintain strong client relationships at finance team level throughout the audit process.
Develop your technical knowledge across a varied client base including owner-managed businesses and corporate groups.
About You
Qualified or close to qualification with a practice audit background.
Experience of leading or supervising audit assignments or running key sections of larger engagements.
Organised thorough and capable of managing your time across multiple concurrent clients.
A good communicator with both clients and colleagues.
