This firm has built one of the most respected landed estate and agricultural practices in the region over many years. The Senior Manager role they are now looking to fill is a genuine specialist position not a private client generalist role with the occasional agricultural return. You will be working with landed families agricultural estates and complex trust structures. The work requires real knowledge real patience and a genuine interest in this sector.
The Role
Manage a portfolio of landed estate agricultural and high-net-worth private clients covering personal tax compliance and advisory work.
Advise on agricultural property relief business property relief heritage property and inter-generational wealth transfer.
Handle trust compliance and advise on trust structures relevant to the landed estate sector.
Work closely with Directors and Partners on complex succession planning and estate planning mandates.
Develop strong relationships with client families solicitors and land agents.
About You
Qualified with a tax-specific qualification. A private client background with demonstrable experience in landed estate agricultural or rural professional work.
Strong technical knowledge of APR BPR CGT in an estate context and the relevant trust matters.
A thoughtful relationship-driven professional with the patience and discretion that landed estate clients require.
Comfortable working with client families over the long term and across generations.
