As a Senior Functional Consultant SalesServiceand Experience Cloud you are a client-facing practitioner focused on the business and functional track responsible for leading transformative Salesforce engagements from earlyDiscoverythrough this role you willuse yourbusiness functional and analytical skills to provide objective advice andexpertise guidingclients in theirSalesServiceand/or Experience transformation are fully invested in the clients business context clearlyunderstandtheir underlying business process providing options and recommendations in line with best practices and available technology as part of new solution implementations.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Facilitate and lead discovery workshops to document high-level business detailed functional and non-functional as well as reporting/data requirementsand test plans.
  • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive userstoriesandcollaborate with technology lead/architecttodevelopcorrespondingsolution design documentation.
  • Survey and document sales and/or service business processes in the current state gain alignment on future state business processes while conducting a gap analysis in line with available people/process/technology constructsto drive business process optimization.
  • Lead therefinementdevelopmentandconfiguration of complex data models and in-scope business process automation.
  • Collaboratewith data leads to design data migration and integration strategiesin line with documented requirements.
  • Lead quality assurance for release cycles byreviewing test plans andmonitorthe execution of test casesforfunctional performance end-to-endand regression testing.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for client-side sales and service teams including developmentand deliveryof product enablement training for these stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client and engagement teams to execute and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with clientobjectives.
  • Reinvest in the practice area byparticipatingin the development of thought leadership and best practices delivering internal training and collaborating with sales practitioners in new business pitches and scoping/estimation exercises.

  • You are a CRM and digital experience enthusiast who can understand and support a program with complex business user experienceand technical challenges.
  • Youare agoodlistenerwith the poisetolead conversations that may challenge established perspectives onbusinessprocessor technology enablement.
  • You are passionate about brands and their business ecosystem with the innate ability to solve complex business/technicalchallengesimplementing innovative and transformative solutions.
  • You are flexible with the ability to handle multiple demands shiftingprioritiesand rapid change. Ambiguity is not something that scares you.
  • You are recognized as trusted empatheticand accountable in relationships with clients colleagues and other industry professionals.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across projects and teams.

What you bring:

  • 7 years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
  • 7 years of experience designing and implementing SalesforceSales and Servicesolutions with an emphasis on Experience Cloud Data Cloudor CommerceCloud.
  • Salesforce certification within-depthknowledge and experience of Salesforce Sales ServiceandExperienceCloudcapabilities and functionality
  • Experience inone of the following industries: Financial Services Health and Life Sciences ManufacturingHospitality & Gaming.
  • Strongstakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to articulatetransformationjourneys and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment to design a scalable solution to meet client business needs.
  • Superior analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex softwareprogramsand a strong understanding oftheAgile deliverymethodology.
  • Bachelors degreepreferred.
