We are looking for a
HR GENERALIST (m/w/d)
the role.
- Responsible for the full employee life cycle administration across all company locations from onboarding to offboarding
- First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR related matters
- Monthly payroll coordination with an external provider including correct handling of Swiss social security topics
- Support and deputizing of the HR Operations Manager for international payroll processes
- Compliance monitoring with employment legislation workplace policies and procedures
- Power user and system owner of the internal HRIS
- Contribution to annual HR cycles including budgeting performance management salary and talent reviews
- Support on HR projects general administrative tasks and occasional office management coverage
what you bring.
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification with further HR education (Personalassistent/in)
- 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Solid knowledge of Swiss social security systems employment law and payroll administration
- International payroll experience is a plus as is familiarity with HiBob
- Structured pragmatic and reliable personality with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact across all levels and regions
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are welcome
