Role Description:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while ensuring high-quality code and adherence to security standards.
- Design and implement secure software solutions throughout the SDLC.
- Manage Kubernetes environments and integrate them with CI/CD processes.
- Conduct code reviews and security testing to identify vulnerabilities.
- Communicate technical strategies and project statuses to stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with AI tools for SDLC enhancement is beneficial.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and security policies is a plus.
- Knowledge of threat modeling and common vulnerabilities is advantageous.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is helpful.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration is desirable.
- Proven experience in secure software engineering particularly with Python is essential.
- Strong understanding of secure architectural principles and practices is required.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is a must.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
