Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Audio-Visual (AV) & IT Support Analyst to support enterprise conference rooms live events and end-user systems for a high-visibility government environment.

If you have experience with Teams Rooms Zoom AV setups and Tier 2 desktop support this role is for you!

What Youll Do:

Set up and support AV systems (projectors microphones cameras conferencing tools)
Manage Teams / Zoom meeting rooms & live events
Provide Tier 2 IT support (PCs software peripherals)
Troubleshoot AV IT issues in real-time
Support digital signage & training rooms

What Were Looking For:

Experience with AV systems & conferencing tools
Strong Windows / Microsoft Office / Teams knowledge
Hands-on troubleshooting skills (Tier 2 level)
Ability to work onsite & support live environments
