Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead complex sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect spending categories in a rapidly scaling company. This role sits at the center of cross-functional decision-making partnering teams such as Finance Legal IT and Business Operations to drive value through strategic supplier management data-driven insights and process optimization.
You will play a key role in shaping sourcing strategy improving procurement operations and elevating the function into a strategic business partner. This role reports to the Head of Strategic Sourcing and collaborates closely with sourcing peers across categories.

The impact you will have:

Operate effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment managing a large pipeline of concurrent sourcing requests.
Balance strategic initiatives with high-volume lower-complexity requests that require timely and accurate execution.
Roll up your sleeves to execute day-to-day sourcing activities including intake management supplier outreach and basic negotiations.
Ensure consistent throughput and cycle time across a high volume of transactions without compromising quality or compliance.
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across a variety of indirect spend categories (e.g. technology professional services marketing and operations).
Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and drive effective sourcing decisions.
Prepare and lead RFIs RFPs and structured supplier evaluations.
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to optimize cost mitigate risk and maximize value.
Conduct total cost of ownership analysis financial modeling and supplier benchmarking.
Leverage spend analytics and insights to identify cost savings consolidation and efficiency opportunities.
Manage supplier relationships and improve performance against SLAs and key metrics.
Provide reporting and forward-looking insights on spend risks and opportunities.
Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Finance.
Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes tools and systems to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.

What we look for:

Proven ability to manage high request volume while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement across indirect spend categories.
Experience managing sourcing initiatives using a structured methodology (e.g. opportunity analysis supplier selection negotiation and contracting).
Proven track record of delivering cost savings value creation and risk mitigation.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Solid commercial acumen and comfort working with contracts pricing models and financial analysis.
Data-driven mindset with experience using spend analytics to inform decisions.
Process-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder experience.
Experience with Procure-to-Pay tools (e.g. Zip or similar platforms).
