Cashier Suntrup Automotive Group
Suntrup Automotive Group is seeking a friendly dependable Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. This role plays an important part in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for our service and sales customers while supporting daily accounting functions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling customer transactions answering phones and assisting with basic accounting duties related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities
Process customer payments including cash checks and credit cards
Accurately calculate and record customer bills using the dealership management system
Issue receipts and provide correct change when needed
Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers and coworkers
Assist customers with questions and route concerns to the appropriate team member
Minimize hold times and provide efficient phone support
Assist managers with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Follow dealership procedures to ensure efficient customer service
Maintain a professional courteous and welcoming environment
Qualifications
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
Basic accounting knowledge or experience with AR/AP is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is helpful
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Part-time and Full-time opportunities available. No nights or weekends!
