As an EMEA Structured Origination Transaction Coordination Group Manager in Wholesale Lending Operations you will provide strategic direction and empower your team to manage the full lifecycle of complex syndicated and bilateral loans. You will collaborate with senior leaders drive process improvements and ensure seamless execution for highprofile transactions. Your leadership will be key to delivering bestinclass service and supporting the firms strategic objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency risk management and control standards.
- Establish monitor and report on key performance indicators and control metrics for operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Ensure robust governance and control frameworks through regular reviews and audits.
- Assume accountability for delivering measurable business results including financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead crossfunctional coordination of preclosing requirements with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Represent the function in executive working groups focused on performance efficiency and innovation.
- Guide and support remote and crossregional teams evaluating opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Partner with technology and transformation leaders to reimagine workflows tools and reporting mechanisms for enhanced efficiency.
