Position Summary

The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial visibility and business performance by delivering insights forecasts and analysis that support strategic and operational decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Support month-end close through analysis of income statement performance and key business metrics
  • Develop and maintain budgets forecasts and long-term financial plans
  • Build financial models to evaluate revenue expenses and profitability
  • Analyze variances and provide insights into business performance
  • Track and report capital spending and internal projects
  • Create dashboards KPI reports and executive presentations
  • Partner with departments to support financial decision-making
  • Identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Improve reporting tools models and financial processes
  • Support system enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Assist with financial modeling and integration related to acquisitions
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or related field
  • 25 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and performance metrics
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (Epicor a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 (U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee) due to ITAR restrictions.
