CRBR is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business strengthen partnerships and represent our brand in the community.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections closing opportunities and being the face of a growing company in the restoration and construction industry.
What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain strong referral partner relationships
- Generate new business through networking outreach and events
- Manage and maintain CRM data contacts and sales pipeline
- Conduct direct sales including emergency response opportunities
- Represent CRBR at community events associations and networking groups
- Support and maintain key company (house) accounts
- Track activity and maintain consistent follow-up with clients
- Collaborate with operations and production teams
- Utilize social media for branding and business growth
- Meet and exceed annual sales performance goals
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized self-motivated and able to manage a dynamic schedule
- Comfortable with public speaking and networking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Willingness to attend events meetings and respond to urgent opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of sales/marketing experience (restoration industry a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Social media and content creation experience
- College degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred not required)
Work Environment
- Mix of office field and community/event-based work
- Local travel within assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (event setup materials etc.)
- Fast-paced relationship-driven environment
