Job Summary
Your mission
- Analysis of investmentopportunitiesas well as industries and markets
- Active support oftheinvestmentteam in the execution oflivetransactions
- Preparationofpresentationsfor the investment committee and external purposes
- Participationand interactionin meetings withadvisers and management teams
Your profile
- Completed a 2:1 bachelors degree (or international equivalent) from a top-ranked university
- Prior internship experience in private equity investment banking or a related transaction-oriented field
- Fluency in English (additional European language skills advantageous)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and the three financial statements
- Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation experience
- Excellent analytical numerical and interpretative skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Proficiency with MS Office packages (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Must have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship
