We currently have an opportunity for aFacilities Managerto join our workforce and play a key role indelivering safe compliant and high-performing facilities services across Stocklands national portfolio with multiple positions available to support various sites across the state.
Reporting to Regional Facilities Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
Lead integrated facilities operations across multiple Stockland assets
Drive Zero Harm culture and ensure HSE and compliance standards are met
Manage financial performance budgets cost optimisation and KPIs
BuildingstrongproactiverelationshipswithStockland
Deliver minor capital works and continuous service improvements
What Youll Bring
Extensive experience in facilities or property management across complex assets
Proven leadership of multi-site teams and service delivery models
Strong commercial and financial management capability
Sound knowledge of building compliance fire safety and environmental standards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
