We are seeking an Improvement Advisor to:
- Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis processes and meetings coaching teams in identifying causal factors and developing action items.
- Coach and advise leaders staff and teams on continuous improvement related to patient safety events and/or concerns.
- Depend on skills including critical/systems thinking problem framing/solving active listening humble inquiry and data driven decision-making and measurement to drive the improvement process.
Navigate team dynamics change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the improvement process often facilitating and managing strategic project work.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Health Science Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field. 5 years of relevant quality improvement experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below Required
Masters Degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration Health Science Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year experience with coaching teams facilitating quality improvement; or 3 years of experience working in patient care or related job in a healthcare setting Required
Experience facilitating quality improvement in a healthcare setting Preferred
