We are seeking an Improvement Advisor to:

  • Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis processes and meetings coaching teams in identifying causal factors and developing action items.
  • Coach and advise leaders staff and teams on continuous improvement related to patient safety events and/or concerns.
  • Depend on skills including critical/systems thinking problem framing/solving active listening humble inquiry and data driven decision-making and measurement to drive the improvement process.
  • Navigate team dynamics change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the improvement process often facilitating and managing strategic project work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Health Science Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field. 5 years of relevant quality improvement experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below Required
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration Health Science Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year experience with coaching teams facilitating quality improvement; or 3 years of experience working in patient care or related job in a healthcare setting Required
  • Experience facilitating quality improvement in a healthcare setting Preferred
