Job Summary
Bob Bell Chevrolet is looking for anExperienced Automotive Service Advisor
This is full time Competitive Pay (based on experience)
GM Experience and Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
Bob Bell Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume dealership. If you have a strong background in customer service a passion for the automotive industry and experience with GM vehicles we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and gather vehicle information
- Accurately document customer concerns and symptoms
- Recommend maintenance services based on mileage age and history
- Create detailed cost estimates for parts and labor
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated
- Review and finalize repair orders and invoices
- Clearly explain repairs and charges to customers
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor Service Consultant or Assistant Lane Manager (required)
- Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction
- High energy reliable and team-oriented
- Long-term career mindset with a desire to grow
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CDK software experience (a plus)
- GM dealership experience and/or bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
